I will leave towing to others, but on Wi-Fi I will respond. A few campgrounds have great Wi-Fi, though not secure enough to look at checking account and paying bills. Most campgrounds have limited, iffy, to no Wi-Fi. With all that being said, I prefer to use my wife's smart phone for internet. On her phone it is called tethering. It does use data, so you need to have a enough data on your phone account. If you do not have enough data coverage and you use all you have, your cell provider should automatically add data and charge you.
I hate to spend money, since retirement is not wealthy, but the smart phone does give more secure service.
