What camper to tow with 1/2 ton and decent MPG

This might be impossible to find. But I'm wondering if there is a camper that is a designed to be more aerodynamic, lighter, something to make it more fuel efficient. I will be towing with a 2007 F15...

Do a search for Hi Lo campers. They ride down behind the tow vehicle like a pop-up but you don't have the canvas to deal with.
