What camper to tow with 1/2 ton and decent MPG

This might be impossible to find. But I'm wondering if there is a camper that is a designed to be more aerodynamic, lighter, something to make it more fuel efficient. I will be towing with a 2007 F15...

Towing a high wall trailer and decent gas mileage are counter active. The higher and wider the trailer gets, the worse the gas mileage. You can have one or the other, not both. You need to decide which you want. Aerodynamics will net gain you next to nothing by comparison.
