Winter sun, DSL vehicles have had fuel warmers for a long time. My first was a 1985 and it had one. I ran B20 often in temps in the teens and never had a problem. That was in a 2010 Dodge. I never hesitate to fuel with bio blends and have never had an issue.
x2!
Even without warmers temperature it is a NON issue regarding gelling of diesel. May have been an issue 50 years ago, but NO LONGER.
Bio Diesel is no exception. Diesel is blended for lowest temp expected in a wide area to prevent gelling. Has been for decades. I've started my Duramax many times at -30F-40F after it's sat for days outdoors without th block heater without any gelling problems. Fires right up after the glow plug light went off and kept on ticking.
So unless your tanks is full from the summer or your coming from arizona in december and end up in montana with a full tank of fuel from arizona you won't have a gelling problem, period.
Even in western oregon, the fuel we get in portland starting about november is blended to not gel in eastern oregon in well below freezing temperatures.
