Thanks Dutch, I'm familiar with the the Patriot Act. I just interpret it a little different than some banks do and wonder why they make it so difficult.
But, after posting, I called all of my banks and they have been able to override the denial of the address so all is good.
I was just wondering how the changeover was affecting others. Lot of work to update, in my case, about 50 plus contacts that need the new address.
A little frustrating, but I guess I'm glad the service is growing and not tanking. :)
