When I added air to my bags, and used the EXACT WDH that I had been having, the front of the truck went up. Why? Because the angle between truck and the TV increased. This caused some weight to shift from the front end back to the rear end.
I want to say the rear took 1.5" to get back to level. At the time, I had my front end adjusted to it's unhitched height (which is lower than mfg recommend now). By raising up the rear, the front went up ~.5" with no adjustments to the WDH.
I ended up (luckily) not having to adjust the WDH at all, as it ended up with the perfect amount of weight transferrance to the front.
The ratio, however, will not be consistant between different setups. Too many variables in equipment.
Hopefully that answered your question, as its not super clear what you are asking.
