LOAD TRANSFER GOALS
It should be noted that the OP has a Toyota Land Cruiser. I'm not aware that Toyota specifies any particular WDH adjustment goal for the Land Cruiser.
Campin LI has a Ford Excursion, the last of which was produced in 2005 -- about six years before Ford began to specify that approximately 1/2 of the front end rise should be eliminated via WD.
For the Excursions, Ford specified that the front end should be returned to within 1/2" of its unhitched height.
As far as I know, Ford has not made any of its current WDH adjustment specs retroactive to vehicles made prior to 2011.
