We have one and I think it's noisy.
You haven't clarified just what you mean by "noisy" but as an Endless Breeze owner myself I'm going to guess you mean it's mechanically noisy, not noisy in terms of air movement. If so, I'd agree - compared to a $10 table top fan I own that's virtually "noiseless" the Endless Breeze IS quite noisy, sometimes annoyingly so ... on a hot summer day when we're stopping enroute and just want a little breeze while eating lunch in the camper it's fine but in the still of the night, yeah I'd agree it's pretty noisy.
Our current trailer doesn't have a vent over the bed so as an alternative I instead hang this 120 vac triple speed twin fan in one of the windows by the bed ...
It's virtually silent in operation and really versatile because it can both exhaust stale air and/or intake fresh air. The downside is that when dry camping the motors squeal if I power it with a modified sine wave inverter so I've been keeping an eye out for an inexpensive, used pure sine wave model so I could then not bother with the Endless Breeze at night, nor put up with the noise it makes, and instead use the twin fan to ventilate the camper just as we do when camping on an electric site. :B
