Just for cleaning...and maybe some light (storage) mold, I use MR.CLEAN "Magic Mop". Bought it, and a couple of replacement heads at Wal-Mart. Under $20.
For me...it IS "magic". Hose the awning, then use the product. 16 ft awning, 15 minits. Looks brand new.
