No it's not, this is a 2 man job. First step is to identify exactly which awning you have, second step is to download the instructions for swapping out the fabric, including how to maintain roller tube spring tension.
Don't tell the guy HERE. I used this method and could have done it by myself, but with DW I did not have to run up and down ladders and pull the new fabric in inches at a time. Using two people sped up the process by at least an hour or so.
