Best solutions for vent fans

We are getting closer to purchasing our first RV. Follow the link below for the floor plan layout to get the layout of the bathroom area configuration.

Nexus RV Phantom 28P floor plan

We plan on adding two vent fans on the ceiling, MaxxAire Deluxe. One in the rear bedroom area and the other in the living area up front. This is where the standard fan in the commode area comes into question. If one were to leave the bathroom door partially open while not in use, is there a need for a vent fan in the commode area at all? I have not discussed the possibility of deleting the bathroom vent fan with Nexus RV, but it seems to be an easy change to accommodate at the time of construction. I have read on this forum that one does not want the vent fan in the commode area to be running while flushing the toilet. This would make sense since the airflow would tend to pull odor from the black tank. I would think the additional vent fan in the bedroom area would take care of moisture concerns from the shower area.

I do not know if there is a concern of the original vent closure on top of the RV to crack or leak over a period of time, but if it is not there at all, no worries at all. Am I over thinking this or should I just add the two new vent fans and leave the original as is?

Thanks in advance for your advice.
