Best way to tie down canapy
While I have the manual canopy extended what is the best way to tie it down. I wish to keep it extended most of the time while wintering in southern Texas. Any assistance is most welcome. Thank you

Yes on the flappers (we have 2 large and 1 small on each side). We also use the large screw in stakes normally used for a dog cable. Then we attach ratchet straps from the awning to the screw-stakes. During the winter months in south-TX the wind mostly comes from the north/north-west, so if you can face south you will be better off. We are currently in Rockport, TX and have our awning setup this way with a sun screen also attached.
