I hear you about them not being adjusted properly at the factory (if that is even your problem, which I doubt. If you bought a new truck and you found out that you had to run the valves, change the sparkplugs and adjust your brakes would that be ok with you?
What if you didn't know how to do the work or didn't have the tools to do the job and you would have to take the truck to me to do the $1,000 job; would that be ok with you.
This thing is brand new. IMHO one should not have to work on a brand new anything. But that is just my silly idea. :R
