I made my own, just because I could and not to save money, which I didn't really. I have three pieces of 3" abs pipe and elbow and it really looks like the CAMCO version. The only thing I would do different is to have the elbow run about two inches up into the vertical stack for greater noise reduction. That version is or was available from CAMCO.
I made a yolk from some 3/8" birch ply and a suction cup for holding onto sheets of glass to mount it to the RV. It works great and I goofed one day while testing it out on the new rig,
I didn't get the suction cup and yolk assembly attached before I installed it and it only took a couple of minutes for the vibration from the Onan to cause the weight to loosen the exhaust pipe from the manifold. Now I have to fix that. But yes they are a good accessory.
