Campers friendlier?
Sitting here in the trailer, I have noticed a few things (especially after reading a series of negative rants about other campers which might be justified - I'm not criticizing anyone for posting).
I have found that campers are friendlier than the general population.
Am I just lucky, too much of a "glass half-full" person, or have some of you also noticed that.
It's also nice to see parents camping with their kids because too many parents are so busy today they don't spend much time with their kids. Parents that take the time to buy an RV (or tent) and spend a few days to a few weeks with the kids are doing a good thing in my book, they are creating memories that will be remembered for a lifetime.
Our family really enjoys camping and I'm glad I decided to take the leap with a popup 12 years ago.
