Me neither. It's so unusual which is why I mentioned it at all. Most people have more sense and manners than this family.

I think most times it isn't noticeable. There have been dogs that you would never realize weren't leashed. There have been generators running after approved hours that you never heard. I know I've been told about campground fights, bear sightings, etc., that happened during the night - I never heard a thing. But sometimes you have the bad luck to end up next to the problem and you suddenly say "what the..."
I think in the past 6 years, I've had 1 generator issue (annoying but minor), 1 loose dog issue (major because the 2 loose dogs were being antagonistic towards mine throughout the weekend), and the one family that did everything wrong (if they had been there more than the 4 hours it would have been a major issue). More often it's a single event that is over in a flash and the mosquitoes are more irritating.
