While not full height self standing I recently bought a Cuisinart CGG-522 Dual blaze grill. It has flip over locking legs that allow it to be used on a typical folding camping table. It includes a lid thermometer as well as separate left and right burners each with built in piezo lighters, and a good heavy duty grate.
There are a couple of negatives though, there is no carrying handle so it is a bit awkward to move with the legs folded up and pigtail hose is fairly short and mates to a 20 pound propane tank, not the little disposable cylinders, so in my case I had to add an adapter commonly called a steak saver adapter to my Extend-a-stay hose to get it to work.
