Well, we've enjoyed more than a few perfectly grilled steaks on ours. It's really quite a versatile cooker! And it's small enough to slip in anywhere

I have the identical stove the OP is looking at. Love it. Also have the optional griddle that goes in place of the grille, for pancakes, etc.
I picked up an adapter hose to run it on a 10# bottle, or on the built-in tank on the RV.

Only thing I cook on...

It's all about HOW you RV.

Going out for the weekend it's no problem setting up any size BBQ but the fact is that the Q and many others don't pack well because of their round dome design and others that are just big.

When you Full-Time and/or on the road more than just a weekend, SPACE is of the essence. How something packs away in those wonderful little bays we have becomes important. Space is real important for the smaller type RV owners too.

I've tried them all and gave them all away. I finally switched to the stoves. I have the coleman 2 burner for cooking with large pots and another one that is a grill. They are thin and fold flat and are easy to store.

They are sold under the names of; camp chief ranier, texsport, stansport, coleman. Found at all big box sporting stores.

This one covers just about all you needs including breakfast griddle.

Here is a now 10 page, recent thread I started here on replacing our Road Trip grill with something better.. To be blunt, the Road Trip grill is a piece of junk with a number of stupid design flaws - we hated it from the start 4 years ago. 99% of the posters on the thread recommended a Weber Q so we just got a Q1200. Just found a brand new one, still in the box locally on CL for only paid $130Can for it (about $100US).

The Weber Q is just waaay better built, simpler design and easier to clean. The only downside is that is taller and won't fit through a pass-through compartment door with the lid on. All I have to do though is pull the hinge pins off and put the lid back on inside the compartment. I modified the Q to run off the LP gas line under the trailer (very easy to do).

Have heard a LOT of people rave about their Weber Q BBQs and now we know why. There is a full size griddle #6604 available that is NLA but can be found from a number of stores, BBQ shops and online. Took some searching at first to find the number online as Weber doesn't list it.

DW & I cook 99% of our foods outside on a 2 burner stove and grill on a little Weber Q100. We use a little 5 pounder bottle with a T & hose to each one. Been doing it that way for pertnear 25 yrs now.

OP, I see your located in "Windsor". Is this the Windsor, FL (by Gainesville)? If so (and if its not too late), I'll happily give you my coleman grill/stove combo. Its the like the one in your link, except red in color. BIGGEST PIECE OF JUNK I'VE WASTED MONEY ON FOR CAMPING GEAR!!!!!! Hard to clean, almost no control of the flame, ceramic coating does not last. We bought it about a year ago and have used it on about 3 or 4 camping trips. We're now using a plain-jane 2-burner Coleman stove and cheap wal-mart gas grill.

We have a 3 burner Primus camp stove ($15 at the flea market) if we want to cook outside and a camp oven if we want to bake. Also made a charcoal burner out of an old wok if DW wants to use the dutch oven.
