I'm lucky. I live about 3 miles from the place where I bought my 'C'. Not only is their service department outstanding, but their store is stocked with anything I need and they have a catalog for less popular items. It isn't a chain.
I suspect that CW employees are not RVers. They're entry level employees that need to work full time. Kind of like the employees of the big two hardware chains that seem to be trained to tell you what aisle something is in, but not how it works.
