carefree power awning wont roll up
my awning will not roll up without help it goes out fine but needs help to get it up

My Carefree Power awning gets lazy when retracting. I take spray dry lube (purchased at Ace Hardware) and lube all the points on the arms. It moves slick as a button after lubing.
