No. That is the wrong cable. You don't want anything with N connectors. In CB radio connections the female (the one on the radio) is an SO-239. The male (the cable that plugs into the radio) is a PL-259. I have no idea who came up with such a complicated nomenclature, probably Motorola. Anyway, you need a cable with an SO-239 on one end and a PL-259 on the other.
Or, you could get a cable with a PL-259 on both ends (far more common) and a double SO-239 to couple them together. These are more commonly called "barrel connectors."
Depending on the design of the antenna altering the length of the feed line may cause a problem. It's hard to say without knowing what antenna you have.
