I have played with CBs for many years including a all tube crystal controlled Hallicraters CB from the 60s.. I have NEVER, EVER seen a purpose built CB that did not have a standard So239 connector which is also know as a "UHF" connector..
Now if you are talking about Amateur (Ham) radio equipment OR Military radio equipment that has been modified to CB frequencies OR handi talky CBs then it may be possible that there is a different connector involved..
But standard off the shelf CBs (base station or mobile) nope, SO239 socket on the radio which mates to a PL259 plug is standard issue.
