By hand or with a tool? Any suggestions?
If you use a buffer you MUST and I state MUST use a random orbital. DO NOT use one of those $30-$50 buffers you can get at AutoZone or Walmart. They will marr your paint and you will have swirls galore. Get a Porter Cable 7424 with the appropriate pads to do the job you want to do. Even though I have one I typically apply by hand with a foam applicator and remove with microfiber towels. Do not use a buffer to remove the wax. The pad gets to chalky and will stop removing the wax. Better to us the PC to apply a thin layer and microfiber to remove. Good luck.
