They look handy but are they safe for potable water and will they hold city water pressure without bursting? Thanks, Radar.

Are you talking about the roll up hoses or the "AS SEEN ON TV" ones. The ASOTV ones cannot be left on all the time or they will burst. Read the label....Dennis
