Colorado River Resorts membership?

We plan to soon visit one of the Colorado River Resorts parks.
We've been RVing for years but have never investigated a membership park or , as in this case, a group of parks.
Any advice?

    Just go in with your eyes wide open, not saying they are a bad deal,but Memberships can be very costly depending on how often you use them verses the yearly cost to belong.
