I'm in S Ontario where the temps can easily hit -25C, with considerable amounts of snow, and have always covered our trailers with a breathable ADCO cover, some winters with the vent(s) open and other times with the vent(s) closed and desiccant such as Dri-Z-Air distributed throughout the trailer. Personally I prefer the latter and do find a considerable amount of condensate in the collection bowl when I check the trailer each month during it's winter sojourn.
