Contacting Forest River
Well, it has come to pass. I purchased a 2013 Forest River Flagstaff after reading good reviews mostly on this Forum. The good must have come from their employees as there doesn't seem to be anyway to contact the factory. Phone gets me voice mail only. My problem is this. A new front cap was ordered for my Flagstaff on the 26th of July and hasn't come in yet. My patience has run out. My dealer seems to has done all he can to no avail. Therefore, I wouldn't advise anyone to waste their hard earned money on a company that ignores you. I even went so far as buying the EXTRA one year extended warranty which so far hasn't been such a good deal. That sucked. Bought middle of May 2013 and here it is September and it's been in the shop since 19th of July. Glad we didn't rush into it. Thru venting. If anyone can put me in touch with the correct number to get a real live person, would be grateful.
