I order lots of blinds and the terminology is common. Here is what it means;
inside mount;
The seller will automatically subtract a small amount from your measurements and supply brackets for mounting inside a window opening.
outside mount;
The seller will ship the dimensions you order and supply brackets for mounting to the surface of a flat wall.
inside mount;
