Demco Baseplates ??

I found a Demco 9518119 Baseplate to fit my 2004 Envoy for $294. That's $100 less then the Roadmaster base plate. Anybody know anything about the Demco Baseplates?
  • I got the best buy on my roadmaster bracket for a 13 CR-V on Amazon.com just enter Roadmaster and your bracket #, e-trailer.com was 399 with free shipping on my bracket amazon was 327 with free shipping. Ordered 7/11/13 shipped 7/13/13 due to arrive 7/17. Regards, Dick
  • Company started back in 1964..agricultural implement products

1981 they introduced a tow dolly for RV market

2011 bought HiJacker 5th wheel hitches

I have a Demco Glide Ride pin box/king pin on my 14K 5'vr.
Allows king pin to float fore & aft so very smooth tow.
    Good customer service.....
  • I'm on my third Demco. Fit and works fine. Installed all three myself.

I found the best price at PPL; they discount off of MSRP.
  • I have installed two Demco base plates, they were so well designed they both went on without a single issue.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.
  • I have demco on my CRV, very solidly built, one piece welded fixture. Fit great. Only down side is that it is very visible.I selected mine based on the install instructions. It required minimal modifications to the vehicle.
