Len, you were right. 3M 5200 works well. A skin formed overnight and the directions say 7 days for full cure. Good stuff if you can't find Dicor.
No question 5200 is a fine sealant but do be aware that it is a very high-strength sealant (tensile strength of 700 psi). I would not put it on anything that you might want to take apart in the future. 3M use to make a 4200 which is similar but not quite as permanent.
