I look at it like this. If we are in a campground, like a state park with tent campers, no concrete pads and no street lights, we are camping.
If we are in any facility that calls itself an Rv park AND DOES NOT ALLOW TENTS,
then you are RVing.
If we are in any facility that calls itself an Rv park AND DOES NOT ALLOW TENTS,
