And... Yikes! - it costs an arm and a leg to park a car at "off airport" facilities at *major* airports!

You may find some smaller airports well *away* from large cities that will allow parking of an RV.......
but most will give you a polite "NO" unless you have an acft there.
(Ask you pilot friends).
"Off airport" will mean off their property, try WalMart, LOL!

Funny, I've been overnighting at airports for 30 years, never been told no even once. In most cases they even point me to a plug and ask if I need water.
In fact the airfield I own and 4 of my friends airfields are listed on the Boondockers websites.
