Do you have an air mattress bed/couch?

daughter and SIL sleep in the couch with an air bed and they love it. much better than the couch with a regular mattress.

We tossed the regular mattress for our bed in the trailer and installed the Air Dream mattress system used in the high end sofa sleeper in the house. Air bladder on top of a small box spring/foam mattress. Wonderfull, equal to the bed in our house.

Both have probably seen 300+ days of use and no leaks of any kind.

the sofa air mattress is a little more work than the ones with a "fake" mattress, but in kids opinion, worth the effort in sleep comfort.

We've had a Flair air hide-a-bed sofa for 7 years and it's been used quite a bit. You have to be careful you don't pinch it when stowing it away, but honestly, it's pretty decent to sleep on if you discount the squeaky noise when you move. As a sofa, it's comfortable, but the seat area is quite short so lying down takes some balance. Like most other things, once you get used to it, it's fine.

It's basically the same as sleeping on a decent air mattress, which can be OK.

We had a Flexsteel sofa with the combo mattress/air bed. It folded out with a mattress that incorporates an air mattress on the underside and it's own inflator. It was VERY comfortable.

Had one on the TT and now have one in the Class C. Never pulled the one out in the Class C. Just pulled the TT one out to see how it works. Wasn't too difficult. Pull it out and plug it in. But we don't have any extra people to go with us for a need to use it.

Got one in couch in our Sunnybrook...I actually like it better than the one in the bedroom...memory foam topper and it's good to go.

Amen!! Those old jack knife sofas were awful. Our air bed works the same way, and the people who use it have never complained.

The DS likes the one on the couch, saying it's way more comfortable than a regular sofa hide-a-bed. But he doesn't travel with us all that often, so the daily setup/takedown isn't an issue. It takes an extra three minutes compared to a regular sofa bed.

We have a sleep number air mattress on our main coach bed, too. I am not a fan of air beds or waterbeds. To me they aren't comfortable, and I wake up aching. However, a 2" memory foam on top is a game changer, making it just right for Goldilocks.
