Making quiet hours same for engines as for generators doesn't work. RV parks (especially near interstates) rely on late check in/ early check out rigs for a fair amount of their business. They get a full days/nights payment for a site using few resources. We aren't full time but, I've never heard a diesel run for 20 or 30 minutes. I'm sure it happens but...come on.
