All joking aside, you could very well be right. When I see something like that it sure makes me thankful for what I have in my life.
It does make one feel blessed for what we do have but you have to remember they are still the master of their own destiny, having any home is a great thing, no matter what it is :) Some have nothing, even this amt of control in one's life is better than nothing.
Not always true, known many that are hard workers, and smart, but had poor interview skills, or had issues with written testing, but great knowledge.
Have also seen very lazy, and dumb people with great interview skills getting jobs they were not qualified for.
Yes, the hard workers survive, but should have gotten far better positions. - pnicholsExplorer IIInteresting thread showing where conversation segues can go.
Suppose .... that the driver was merely taking that piece of junk to a disposal place and using the still-running truck to do it ... instead of paying for a flatbed truck company to load it and transport it there? Makes perfect sense to me considering that not everyone is made out of money.
It also makes wise sense to me instead of leaving it as an eyesore to rot out in a field someplace - like we see all over this country concerning old RV's. - rhagfoExplorer III

And THAT's why campgrounds have a 10 year old rule.
What?!!!! You wouldn’t want that parked next to a new Prevost!
I'd much rather see it parked next to my hypothetical new Prevost than to follow it down the road in the same hypothetical new Prevost, what with large parts looking like they may very well fall off or out at any moment. - FunnyCamperExplorer II
