Dutchman/Keystone 2014 Aerolite Factory Default

Bought brand new 2014 Aerolite. Have hand nothing but problems with it. The major one is water leaks. No one can seem to figure out where leak is. We have mold growing in bedroom area. Keystone keeps saying they will fixed but after 6 months it still isn't fixed. Cabinet has damage and needs to be replaced. A representative came down and took moisture readings. The bedroom area had 97% reading. Keystone says they will call with offer a week ago. They haven't yet. Bought brand new because we didn't want someone else's problems. We have a brand new on and it has been a nightmare since we bought it. Any suggestions??
  • Sorry to read about your problem. Did you call them back? If not call them and what about the dealer who sold it to you what did they say? It shouldn't be you to do all the process, it's the dealer responsibility. If all fails, I'd send a regristered letter to both the dealer and the manufacture with all the facts and all what was done so far, asking them to correct the issue within a reasonable time. If no answer or reply to your satifaction then if there is such a process in your state bring them to small claims court, if not see a lawyer. There always social media that seems to work!
  • Dealer doesn't want anything to do with it, says it's our problem and call Dutchman. Been talking with Keystone and waiting for call back since last week. Has been in shop 6 times trying to get it fixed. Wrote to Better Business Bureau with complaint. What we would like is a new unit to replace this one as it is a defect according to the representative they sent out.
  • Is there another dealer for this product in your area? Sounds like you have a bad dealer maybe a different one can help you out better.
