- wincrasher65ExplorerI got a heavier bike rack with a ramp to carry it. I thought 125 lbs was a tad heavy for a standard bike rack. I got this one: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B7GHIGA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It also has a ramp to get in on there easily.
Yes, extra batteries are pricey - I have not asked Jetson how much as I think 40 miles is plenty of range.
The reviews for the bike itself are good. The early reviews on their customer service were bad until they changed some staff. Since then, it appears to be good. - Nutinelse2doExplorerWe looked at those prior to purchasing our e bikes. The reviews scared us, and the weight is way too much, so we opted for the Pedego's.
Good luck with your bike. - Dick_BExplorerLooks nice. The downer is the weight ie.how to carry 120 lbs?
Also, if you ever have to buy a 2nd battery to increase the range be prepared to spend mucho $$. The batteries for our electric bikes range from $600 to $750.
