The smell is awful. We've tried charcoal, baking soda, and Knox gelatin to no avail. Does anyone know how to abated the smell
Put a bowl of ammonia in the fridge and close it.

We found an antique car up north that the owners were using as a place to stuff their garbage in for years!!!
Car restorer told us that 2 bowls of ammonia and close up the car for a few days would take out all the smell. Amazingly it WORKS!!
I now use it all the time. Good luck, try it you will be amazed too.
