Ever hear of this use air conditioning get thrown out
We are staying in a state campground in ri On our instruction sheet says no air conditioning you will be thrown out if they find out your using it even if you paid for full hookups

I think you'll find that clause "..MAY be prohibited..." is just like any other rule, it's a tool to be used to control, well, TOOLS.
I was at publicly owned park a few years back and a couple of kids were tearing the place up on mountain bikes, several complaints were lodged, and ignored, then one of the kids got his bike tangled in a dog leash.
The little dog got a broken leg and the lady on the other end of the leash a broken wrist.
Yeah, being able to 'restrict' almost anything in the hands of an idiot is probably a good idea.
