AC rules aren't the only thing either, but then it's not like there's a lot of competition nearby, so they can do as they please. Don't even get me started about the WiFi at the top of the hill.
And by the way, if you're planning on having any visitors and even if only for 10min., tell them to bring some cash. If they plan on using any of the amenities while their visiting, then bring a lot more.
Here in FL and most everywhere else, they wouldn't wouldn't last a day, but then, that's there and this is here.
