I got a free dishwasher one time, cost 6000. I didn't have a dishwasher and someone gave me a pull out from a remodel job he did. My buddy did the cabinet work, and I did the plumbing and electrical. But, I decided to add some cabinets, and do a new sink and faucet and countertop and floor. Total 6000, then we hooked up the dishwasher, because it had sat for a year, the seal was shot, so I bought a new dishwasher.....

By the way, Next door to the RV dealer mentioned in this video is an A&W Drive in.. I do not suggest you go there if pulling a trailer (You have to turn around to exit) but I've been there.. Pulling a trailer.. More than once. Also talked about that exit issue with the manager when he called me once. (My office, the phone number was 9-1-1)

We don't Walmart as there are much better places but if overnighting at a Walmart and paying out more than staying in a FHP CG, the big difference is that what was purchased at the Walmart is actually yours and goes down the road with you. A FHP CG spent $$$ gets/buys you a paper receipt and all your money spent stays behind at the CG forever!

I know which one would make a lot more sense to us if just overnighting!

Hey, RV's are self contained if the owner had purchased smartly.

One the most expensive campground is "free" Walmart . . . . . :R.

Never less them $100.00.

Once, maybe twice, we did an overnight in a Walmart lot that cost less than an FHU campsite.

Wow! Sure makes me glad I have the smart wife I have as she isn't a buy everything person. Very wisely and sparsely shops and only buys when the price is right or fair. Now, me on the other hand, can always find the 4th, 5th, and 6th copy of what I already have! Might be that I can't remember where the heck I put the first 3 of them or who had borrowed them...
