7) Put the plywood piece into the hole and center it. Pull up on the piece and rig up something to hold the piece against the bottom of the hole (by pulling on the screw "handle"). Let the epoxy cure completely (usually 24hrs).
8) You now have a solid base to build on. Fill the hole with whatever you like. I would use a piece of foamboard topped with a piece of 3/8" or 1/2" plywood flush with the floor.

I should have taken a pic of him. His eye brow area was the size of a peach and his eye was swollen shut for a few days but most of the swelling went away after a week.

Great info guys.... thanks. Sounds like I may have a little more repair than expected.

If the depression is four inches, it. is likely all the way through. Very few of these foam core floors aremore than two inches, most are one inch thick,

Mine is slighty over an inch of foam, but bottom layer is galvanized steel, supported by 1 inch square tubing, so the result of a fall like that would be a shallow dent and more head damage. The floor giving way probably helped reduce severity of injuries.

Please let us know what you find, and how you go about fixing it! 3" to 4" deep is a lot.

Just cut the flooring big enough to work on the area with a very very sharp knife and set it a side. either cut out the damage floor and replace or pour floor leveler in the damage ( assuming there isnt cracks and holes for the leveler to leak out of.
Then just take the piece you cut and glue it back in. You will never see the cut if you do it carefully

This. I have done this in my house and if done carefully it is invisible to everyone but you ('cause you know it is there). However, I agree with those who say that a 4 inch depression in a TT is very serious and not remedied by a levelling or bondo product.
I think you need to remove the under-trailer panel and replace and brace the area damaged from below.

Oh yeah, and take that son of yours in for an x-ray/concussion examination.
