Take aluminum foil and shape into bathing suit and put on top of Turkey while it is roasting. When done take off foil and you have a Florida Thanksgiving Turkey basking in the warm Florida sun for a few minutes before it is eaten!
I cooked a turkey like this for a CG buffet. It brought the house down at the CG!
