Flow rite battery watering system quick connect

We in installed the Flow Rite battery watering system on our battery bank last summer ( Pro Fill RV). It works great. The problem I have is one of the quick coupler split, one the grey valve stays out...

Contact the company. I had a couple of bad cap gaskets and tried to order some replacements. They sent me a full set of replacements without charge. Good company and super customer service.
