Why is it weird? Many F-650 and F-750s have Cummins engines from the factory.

We have a 2012 F750 Ford line truck with a Cummins in it in the utility company I work at....It's weird but it's definitely a cummins under the hood it also had DEF tank next to the fuel tank.

It was a F350 srw for sure. It was obviously worked on, as the hood was a after market. Probably because the Cummins sits higher in the truck than the original Engine. Some guy must have really hated whatever he had in it before.

Ford never has offered a Cummins in anything smaller than an F-650.

I've been researching a Cummins 5.9 swap into my V10 gasser truck. There are companies that specialize in this swap and can make it appear pretty much stock.

Expensive, but man, what a truck.
