If you can't find a suitable spare as a backup, perhaps you can find a hydraulics shop that you could take this pump to. I know there are shops that specialize in rebuilding pumps for various industries. You could even locate a shop, attempt the repair yourself and if it was not the seals that you replaced take the pump to the shop.
