I think that's my best bet, CC. I think I'll buy a case or two of
ATF and just keep checking it on the way home and hope for the best.

:? Confused. A case or two of ATF ain't no small leak. Need that much you probably aren't going to fix it with a seal kit.
ChopperBill has a point. If you have a major leak and if that fluid is spraying, or getting thrown by the fan, all over the engine compartment you could have a fire!! If the leak is that bad you should have it fixed right away for safety reasons. If it's just a small drip that drips right out on the ground then that would be different.
