now I've seen some little dogs (Smaller in fact than my cats, Alex (The ex-male) just got weighed at 20 pounds one ounce, his "Girlfriend" is 15 and change) and perhaps one of those ankle biters might be ok in a large RV. But small dogs tend to be "Yappy Campers" (Kind of noisy)
Big dogs, And I've seen some that .. Well one had paws bigger than my extra large (Glove size xxl) hands... now they need ROOM and this 38 foot RV is just not that big.
In short.. I agree with you.
