For the past 9 years we have enjoyed 4 elderly pets in our travels: a rescue cat, Zippy, a rescue black mixed breed dog, Zoe, a rescue Westie, Tammy, and a Sheltie, Carly. All have passed away - Carly while on a camping trip to Bar Harbor. All 4 were well behaved, even more so while in our Class B! So... we are headed out soon with our new 8 month old Sheltie Tess. She is plenty active, but not a barker, which is unusual for the breed. We are looking forward to the trip and completely enjoy traveling with our pals. It is actually easier in the RT, because they are always with us and not left at the CG. We try not to travel in hot weather, preferring spring an autumn for our and the animal's comfort.
