As I said, they had redone the entire roof. The panels were installed with their cables crossing over the panels. That is not recommended by the panel manufacturer. The panels were shot but had a five year warranty. The AC had everything to do with the short circuit. All four bolts were loose which as they said, it was very rare. Having that the RV had only 1,000 it is very likely that they were not sufficiently tightened when they rebuilt the roof. A water leak caused the short circuits. So, it had nothing to do with lack of maintenance. With that said, they paid 100% ofthe bill. I made the right decision in going back. Thank you for your input.
